The Colonial Downs horse racing track near the Richmond, Va.-area opened its 10th off-track-betting site recently at the Mulligan's Sports Grille, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reports.

The restaurant offers six self-serve betting kiosks and a racetrack employee to take bets. Between 2007 and last year, attendance at the New Kent County racetrack fell by 21 percent, and wagering dropped by 14 percent.
