Executives of Meridian Kiosks are traveling to Europe this month to scout out the company's first facility on the continent, the Aberdeen, N.C.-based kiosk provider reports.
 
Meridian believes Europe is ripe for growth in the self-service space. Chris Gilder, company founder and chief innovation officer, said the firm is "open-minded regarding our entry into Europe. We have numerous potential hardware and software partners and are also looking at potential acquisitions."
