BOCA RATON, Fla.– Cleva Technologies, a developer of real-time consumer experience monitoring, has introduced Xit Poll Rewards, which is built on the Xit Poll electronic survey system. Unveiled at the 2010 RECon Show in Las Vegas, Xit Poll Rewards combines promotional couponing with satisfaction surveys at the "point of experience," giving retailers a tool to address any service shortcomings or to reward customer loyalty before shoppers leave the store.

Using the Xit Poll System, corporate or local management can design, deploy and manage surveys using a Web interface and the company's portable electronic Xit Poll kiosks on-premises. Set up requires no electrical or wireless infrastructure of any kind. The system is battery-powered and uses its own built-in secure wireless networking to immediately transfer responses and update results. Local or corporate managers can sign in to a secure website and see individual responses, current and historical results by store, as well as company-wide results, all in real time.
Xit Poll Rewards includes a compact portable thermal printer that mounts on the Xit Poll kiosk. Writing and designing coupons is easy with a series of templates that are accessible on the Web portal.
The Xit Poll System is used by restaurants, hotels and motels, retail locations, financial institutions, trade shows and conferences, and many other businesses and organizations. There are also a variety of government applications.
