Uniguest and Thinix form strategic partnership
Uniguest, a provider of print, technology and specialized services globally for the lodging, restaurant and healthcare industries, today announced it has formed a strategic partnership with Thinix, a leading developer of touchscreen user interface, secure computing and embedded solutions for the lodging, healthcare and education markets. The companies will work together to develop selected new technology for Uniguest's clients. "We have been searching for the ideal technology development partner to expand our solutions and ultimately benefit our customers," said Shawn Thomas, CEO and co-founder of Uniguest. "Thinix fits the bill. Its products are the perfect complement to ours. In the upcoming months, we will be announcing our next generation of products and services. Many of them will be co-developed with Thinix." "Given its leadership position, it was a natural choice to partner with Uniguest to enhance our footprint in hospitality and other markets," said Don Van Oort, Thinix's Chief Technical Officer. Uniguest's products include custom-printed publications, security software solutions, self-service kiosk solutions, digital signage, advertising sales and help-desk computer support. Thinix's offerings include secure computing technologies, kiosk software, touchscreen infotainment and entertainment systems, enterprise management platforms and conference and meeting room systems for the hospitality, healthcare, education and industrial markets.
