The website Zatz Not Funny reports that metaio, makers of the augmented reality programming found in Lego kiosks, is developing an augmented reality system for mobile devices.
 
A video accompanying the report gives an example of how AR might work in a future situation. The report also notes that metaio is sponsoring a developer contest, seeking the best applications of AR technology using its Junaio application.
