MxN Middle East annonced it has completed the supply of self-service kiosks to the Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi. The company completed the implementation through its partnership with Metallic Equipment Technologies E.S.T.
According to a news release from MxN, the kiosks are remotely managed and updated using the company's CoolSign software platform. The kiosks feature the following: A list of services provided and required processes, documents and fees, and a satisfaction survey that allows customers to provide instant feedback on their experience.
"In today's digital world, solutions like the one we have recently supplied to DOT will increasingly become the norm," said Fayez Kahale, managing director of METECH in Abu Dhabi, UAE. "In choosing MxN, one of the determining factors was their ability to deliver on all aspects of this project from hardware and technology to content," Kahale said.
