BLOCKBUSTER Express is rolling out kiosks at Florida universities, having just partnered with the University of Tampa to provide DVD rental at the school, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

The University of Tampa is the third Florida school to have NCR Corp.'s BLOCKBUSTER Express-branded DVD-rental kiosk on campus, and 10 percent of the kiosk's revenue will go toward scholarships for a school leadership fellows program.
