Intelity, a hospitality software solution company focused on the self-service marketplace, is rolling out a self-service virtual concierge application that's compatible with Apple's new iPad tablet.
The company has unveiled a version of its Interactive Customer Experience that will allow hotel guests to arrange all services instantly via a touchscreen from their guest rooms, laptops or mobile devices, including valet, room service, tee times and spa appointments. ICE Canvas for iPad will have all the same capabilities on the sleek new traveling tablet.
Through corporate partnerships, guests also can arrange off-property amenities through ICE, such as purchasing movie tickets, scheduling rental cars and making dinner reservations.
