New H&R Block flagship office features touchscreen wall, kiosks

H&R Block's recently opened Times Square flagship office uses a giant interactive touchscreen "smart wall" to help answer visitors' tax questions, e-mail tax professionals and print out tax tips, as well as a touchscreen kiosk allowing clients to give instant feedback on their office visit, according to CNNMoney.com.
