• FutureLogic to Exhibit New Ticketing and Couponing Solutions at IGE 2010

Since 1999, FutureLogic printers have continued to evolve with the cashless gaming market. This year at IGE 2010, along with its industry-leading GEN2 Universal™ printer, the company will exhibit several of their game-changing peripherals in stand 4250.

One product that will be on display is FutureLogic's Eclipse™ universal ticket and receipt printer. This heavy-duty printer offers the print speed, rugged construction, security features, and flexibility required for the latest generation of unattended receipt-delivery systems. The Eclipse printer delivers the industry's best throughput of 250mm per second even in the harshest environments (-20°C to +60°C and 10% to 85% RH, non-condensing), making it the most reliable roll printer in its class. For flexible configuration, the Eclipse printer offers multiple printer and paper roll mounting positions that can accommodate paper widths of 80 or 82.5mm and paper rolls of 100, 150, 200, and 250mm in diameter — that's over 770m of paper on a single roll and equivalent to over 5,000, 150mm receipts. To optimize security, the high-speed printer features a rugged presenter and advanced "eject and retract" technology that allows for storage of unclaimed receipts in an auxiliary tray. Combining superior performance with flexible configuration, the new Eclipse roll printer offers a reliable and easy-to-use solution, whatever the operating environment or application.

Also being featured at the show is FutureLogic's PromoNet® promotional couponing solution. This template-based system helps casinos design and manage a wide range of promotional campaigns from the convenience of a workstation PC. The PromoNet solution turns ordinary slot tickets into colorful, eye-catching coupons, allowing casinos to automatically trigger a marketing campaign based on game play metrics, player tracking information, POS systems and redemption terminals. For instance, a player who has just hit a number of pre-determined triggers may be issued a bar-coded coupon that can be redeemed at any of the bars or restaurants within a resort.

Another revolutionary development that will be on display is FutureLogic's TableXchange® printer/scanner, a device that effectively brings TITO gaming to table games. The player simply gives a TITO voucher to the dealer to buy in, the voucher is scanned and its value is displayed on the TableXchange device's LCD and touch-screens. This allows the player, dealer, and security operations to confirm the voucher amount. The player then receives chips and a TITO voucher for any cash balance. To cash out, the dealer collects and enters the value of the player's chips on the alpha-numeric keypad. The TableXchange printer/scanner then prints a cashout voucher for the player. Fitted with a Magstripe reader, the TableXchange device can also record and update Player's Club Cards, enabling players to receive loyalty points for activity at table games.

The CouponXpress™ desktop TITO coupon printer, also being exhibited at IGE 2010, builds on the technology that has made FutureLogic the leading manufacturer of TITO printers. This printer brings all of the popular features, functions and flexibility of the GEN2 Universal printer from the game to the cashier's cage, hotel front desk, unattended kiosks and other transaction points. Compatible with traditional gaming protocols as well as new USB network communications, the CouponXpress printer enables fast, convenient TITO transactions, such as ticket purchases, promotional coupons, consolidation, or replacement of torn or crumpled tickets.
