Ask the Experts: Finding the ROI in retail kiosks
Bob Ventresca, vice president of marketing for kiosk and digital signage software provider Netkey Inc., says retailers need to know which kiosk applications bring in the most return on investment.
 
Rather than concentrating on how much money can be made on a particular kiosk deployment, retailers need to think holistically, Ventresca says, about the project, considering the kiosk as a part of an overall multichannel strategy.
