ISO 9001:2008 is the newest and most demanding version of the certification and confirms an organization's consistent ability to provide products that meet applicable, regulatory and customer requirements. Each participating organization must constantly strive to improve customer satisfaction through the successful implementation and continual improvement of the system. "Source Technologies is very pleased to have reached this level of commitment to quality and to ultimately have developed a stronger receptiveness to our customers' expectations" said William Bouverie, the company's CEO.
The International Organization for Standardization, a network of the national standards institutes of 161 countries, is the world's largest developer and publisher of international standards.
