Massachusetts town installs parking kiosks

The Barnstable (Mass.) Patriot: Officials in Barnstable, Mass., have installed pay-and-display parking kiosks at Bismore Park on the Hyannis Inner Harbor in an effort to increase parking-related revenues and help fund the purchase of Smart Cars for parking officials. Along with coins, the kiosks accept major credit and debit cards. Users select a payment method and print an adhesive receipt, which must then be adhered to the inside of the driver's side windshield.
