Detroit News: Metro Detroit gamblers are complaining that casinos are cutting back on their rewards such as cash back and free hotel stays, and they say that the Players Club kiosks that allow them to retrieve awards have been subject to outages. The casinos say they have not been cutting back on rewards, but observers say the perception could damage long-term loyalty among their best players.
