Singapore officials to publicize traffic fine-payment kiosks after low usage

The (Singapore) Straits Times: Officials say that only a fraction of traffic fines last year were paid using Automated Traffic Offense Management System kiosks, even though doing so is cheaper than appearing in court. Last year, only 4,397 out of more than 80,000 cases eligible for ATOMS machines were settled that way. Officials said they plan to step up efforts to publicize the kiosks.
