Hand-sanitizing kiosk grabs captive audience for digital signage

BRADENTON, Fla. — SteriLyfe LLC has announced a kiosk it says will provide captive audiences while associating businesses with an important public service — hand hygiene.

The company put digital signage on its new hand-sanitizer kiosk, called Sterivision.

"This is the only hand-sanitizing kiosk in the world that combines a deck-mount touch-free sanitizing dispenser with digital media advertising," David J. Stob, SteriLyfe president, said in a news release.

According to the release, Sterivision is a server-based application that schedules and manages the transmissions of multimedia content to hundreds and even thousands of Hand Sanitizing Stations from any internet connected computer. Advertising news, training, or virtually any visual communication can be easily distributed to any Sterivision kiosk in the world.
