(Clarksdale, Miss.) Press Register: Customers of Atmos Energy in Clarksdale, Miss., criticized the company for switching to a kiosk payment system. At a public forum in the Coahoma County Courthouse, the biggest complaint was that customers can no longer speak to a human about bills.
