BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Retail checkout product designer and manufacturer Pan-Oston has unveiled its C-Flex counter system, according to a news release. The C-Flex counter system uses a tubular steel skeletal frame so the units are created as "integrated systems" and not as adjoining cabinets like traditional modular counter units.
According to the release, C-Flex's design supports virtually any counter configuration and provides c-stores with the flexibility to change and update counter tops and surfaces or reconfigure the whole layout without replacing the patented frame design. "We were very pleased with the number of visitors who asked us to contact them about C-Flex and also about Utopia, the only proven c-store self-checkout solution," said Jim Vance, president of Pan-Oston.
C-Flex is less expensive than traditional counters, stronger and longer lasting, and easy to install saving time and labor costs. C-Flex counter tops and surfaces can be remodeled/updated or the whole counter can be re-configured without closing the store.
