The (Minneapolis) Star Tribune: U.S. District Court's move back to the federal courthouse in St. Paul includes a new information kiosk for the first floor. The Warren Burger Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in downtown St. Paul underwent a major remodeling that started in 2005.
