Scripps News: Ready Credit Corp., provider of instant-access self-service prepaid financial products and services, is offering a less-expensive solution for the more than 40 million U.S. households tjat are unbanked. In the last two years the company has installed more than 70 self-service kiosks in eight states, where users can insert cash and, with a few touches on the screen, pay their bills or obtain prepaid MasterCards. The kiosks could soon grow to more than 900 locations in 45 states.
