U.K. hackers target supermarket self-checkout systems

Redorbit.com: The BBC News agency has discovered an online forum where hackers claim to be focusing on self-checkout systems in the United Kingdom to use stolen credit and debit-card information given to them by an American gang who tapped phone lines between ATMs and banks. Asda and Tesco stores were specifically of interest. Those supermarkets say there is little chance the fraudsters would make significant gains with their plan, however.
