E-Survey software improves speed, accuracy

LONDON — Compliance auditing technology developer Knowledge Online has launched its E-Survey software for the vending and kiosk industry.

According to a news release, field-based sales employees use a hand-held PDA with the E-Survey electronic survey software to program traditional paper-based forms into an electronic format. The new system provides real-time survey submission resulting in a faster sign-off process for site selection.
