• Self-service workstations connect taxpayers with revenue department

(Seattle) Ballard News-Tribune: The Washington State Department of Revenue is making it easier for taxpayers without computers to access resources online with self-service computer workstations in each of its 12 field offices. Taxpayers and business owners can access complete business registrations, print forms or publications, view online tutorials, and sign up for workshops, as well as review information about starting a business or file for a master business license. Taxpayers also can create a secure online account with the department to file taxes using e-file and send secure e-mails.
