St. Clair Interactive provides software, applications, remote management and content systems for retail, financial services, health-care and employee systems. Dave and Buster's, a playground for adults with food, drinks and games, needed a way to improve customer experience and reduce labor costs. The two companies teamed up to create a self-service solution that would decrease customer lines and waiting times and reduce labor costs.
