TROY, Mich. — Nextep Systems, provider of automated-ordering solutions to the restaurant, concession and casino industries, has completed several self-order-kiosk and digital-signage projects for MotorCity Casino Hotel.
According to a news release, MotorCity contracted Nextep to provide new kiosk-ordering solutions for three foodservice outlets in its casino complex: MotorCity Pit Stop BBQ, Grand River Deli and Classics Buffet. The self-order kiosks allow customers to order meals through a touchscreen-ordering system. Meals may be paid for with Club Metro Comp, cash, credit or coupons, or a combination of all four.
MotorCity also enlisted Nextep to develop 2-D and 3-D creative content for its customer-loyalty promotions and digital signage.
To date, Nextep Systems has delivered more than 20 software products and services projects to MotorCity Casino.
