PUNE, India — Teradata, a division of NCR Corp. — has announced plans to open its second Global Consulting Center in India.
 
The new center, located in Pune, is a component of NCR's planned growth of its global consulting services, the company said.
 
The center's staff is expected to specialize in data warehousing and business-intelligence software, and will offer expertise in end-to-end enterprise data-warehouse and business-intelligence implementation.
 
The new center, like the first center in Mumbai, India, will serve customers throughout the Americas and parts of Asia-Pacific.
 
The centers in India complement other consulting centers in China.
