• Salt Lake coffeehouses get major recording labels for music kiosk

SALT LAKE CITY — Customers at three Beans & Brews Coffee Houses in Greater Salt Lake can now download music from kiosks to CDs, drives and other digital devices.
 
According to a news release, Mediaport Entertainment Inc.'s deal with Beans & Brews includes testing three digital-music-dowload kiosks in downtown Salt Lake City. The kiosks contain more than 1 million music tracks from labels like Warner Music Group, EMI, SonyBMG Music Entertainment, Tommy Boy and Sanctuary Records.
