PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — As of today, MontegoNet is now Self-Service Networks. Its new mission is to develop self-service solutions that maximize end-user utilization.
"We are not content to create self-service applications that merely work well. Utilization is everything," said Thomas Smith, Self-Service Networks' president. "As self-service experts, our goal is to ensure that every aspect of a self-service initiative is designed to drive usage, encourage adoption and ensure repeat usage."
Significant investments in new personnel and training, closer alignment with proven industry partners and expanded software development capabilities also will come with this new initiative.
