ePaynews: MasterCard has launched two new card programs in Europe, the MasterCard Gift Card and the Prepaid MasterCard Travel Card. The programs are designed to enable the development of anonymous prepaid cards that can be sold in stores. The cards have a maximum stored-value limit of $250 and cannot be used at ATMs.
