ABC 7 Chicago: The Chicago Department of Aviation has installed a touchscreen kiosk that offers travel information to visitors at O'Hare International Airport.

The kiosk, which officials are calling a "virtual concierge," provides airport, hotel, transportation and weather information in seven languages. Information is available in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese and Spanish.
