China View: Account fees introduced by Chinese banks over the past three years have customers angry and confused. Charges such as ATM cross-bank cash advance fees, cross-bank inquiry fees, debit card annual fees and small account management fees are only a small sampling of the dozens of fees banks have implemented, and industry insiders warn that customers can expect to pay even more in the future.
