WESTMONT, Ill. — Chicago-based ShoreBank has chosen newly merged Efmark-Bantek to provide a complete package of managed ATM services for its ATM network.
According to a news release, Efmark-Bantek's services include first- and second-line ATM maintenance, cash replenishment, deposit pick-up, cash management, ATM supplies, ATM cleaning, and branding programs for ShoreBank's 23 ATMs.
"Consolidating all of our ATM services under Efmark-Bantek helps us maintain a high quality of service at lower costs," Shorebank president and chief executive Anne Arvia said. "It lets us dedicate more resources to our customers, and creates new opportunities to help transform underserved neighborhoods into vibrant communities and reinvigorate people's lives."
