Business-Standard: Tyco Electronics announced the launch of its new business unit, Elo TouchSystems, in India. Elo TouchSystems is a global brand in touch technology that develops, manufactures and markets a complete line of touchscreen and touchmonitor products. "With industrial development and new mall culture spreading rapidly in the country, the need for touchscreens and touchmonitors is increasingly being felt," Vijay Wadhawan, sales manager (India) at Elo TouchSystems, said. "The touch market is unstructured in India and with the entry of Elo TouchSystems products, customers will now have a range of products to choose from."
