PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Cinebank, based in San Jose, Puerto Rico, and The Movie Case, based in Herndon, Va., have begun installing DVD rental kiosks manufactured by ELO Media.

The machines offer subscriptions and promotions allowing customers to either rent single titles or join as members for additional benefits and discounts. Everything is done at the machine level on the customer's credit or debit card, which eliminates the need to fill out forms or carry another membership card.
