In the summer of 2003, Rascal House Pizza purchased a new point of sale solution with an add-on pizza delivery module from a reputable restaurant POS company and installed it in two of the company's four locations. Planning to franchise his successful Cleveland, Ohio-based pizza concept, Rascal House founder Mike Frangos was eager to standardize his systems — including point of sale technology.
