ARMONK, N.Y. — IBM Retail Store Solutions announced in a news release it is previewing IBM Anyplace Kiosk models with integrated 17-inch infrared touchscreens. The 17-inch screen will deliver a higher resolution (1280 x 1024) for additional clarity and impact. Even with the larger touchscreen, the front-to-back depth of the Anyplace Kiosk will maintain the same ultra-compact size as 12-inch and 15-inch models.

Previews provide insight into IBM plans and direction. Availability, prices, ordering information, and terms and conditions will be provided when the product is announced.
