Capture Resource, a Bristol, Penn.-based loyalty solutions provider, receives on average 125,000 pieces of paper a day from 12,000 retail locations. The company turned to St. Clair Interactive to design a prototype enrollment kiosk to determine the feasability of capturing data for immediate availability via kiosk instead of having customers fill out papers.
