Video Business Online: Image Entertainment's digital rights subsidiary Egami has inked an output deal with Lightning Content Distribution.

Under the pact's terms, about 1,400 video titles from Image's library will be accessible on Lightning's Web site and kiosk locations. Music concert titles dominate the content to be offered, with titles including Kiss: Rock the Nation: Live! and Roy Orbison: Black & White.

Pricing for Lightning-made DVDs has not yet been detailed. Album-sized downloads seem to average about $10 apiece.
