KESHENA, Wis.: The Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin announced in a news release that it has launched the Community Resource Information System to support the employment and training needs of Tribal members. CRIS includes an interactive kiosk and digital signage system.
"We are thrilled with the prospects that CRIS brings to the Menominee community," Menominee tribal chairman, Michael Chapman said. "We strive to better serve our Tribal members and CRIS embodies that goal by providing state of the art user-friendly technology combined with valuable culturally based information and resources."
Master Key Consulting worked with the Community Resource Center staff to design CRIS using the latest touchscreen, large format digital sign, and application-level security systems. CRIS is the core that links information between the Community Resource Center's 15 tribal, state and federal partnership programs such as the Jobs Training Program and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
