Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal: Cub Foods is introducing a new payment system that allows customers to pay for their groceries using a finger scan linked to their financial accounts.

To use the system, customers place their finger on a special biometric scanner at the cash register. The system matches the finger scan to the customer's payment information and displays their payment options.
