Credit union in Kansas drops fees

The Wichita Eagle: Boeing Wichita Credit Union in Kansas has eliminated ATM fees for customers and noncustomers. The move went into effect this week for the credit union's mobile ATMs.

Prior to the move, noncustomers paid a $2 fee.

The same change goes into effect next week for the credit union's 26 other ATMs. And it will stop charging members a $1.50 transaction fee when they use other institutions' ATMs.
