GLENDALE, Calif. — Automated Systems America Inc. inked a deal with Portland-based Solvport LLC to provide ATM phone technical support, according to a news release. ASAI specializes in providing a wide range of ATM services to large scale casino clients. Solvport handles technical phone support calls for more than 20,000 ATMs nationwide.

"It makes good business sense to outsource aspects of our business to a third party service provider like Solvport that can do more effectively, and in-source the things that as an ISO we do well," said ASAI president John Steely.
