• DirectCash buys ATM companies for $4.36 million

Canada.com: DirectCash Income Fund has purchased three ATM companies for a total of $4.36 million (U.S. $3.6 million) in cash.

The ATM operator said it acquired Pacific Rim Cash Corp., ATM Cash Systems (Canada) Ltd. and Approved Credit Ltd.

Pacific Rim and Approved Credit acted as ABM distributors for DirectCash, with a total of 504 ABMs currently operating under the DirectCash banner. ATM Cash Systems operated an independent network of 63 ABMs.
