ANDOVER, Mass. — WSI Corporation announced that the market leading WSI Pilotbrief Pro system will be installed at every Signature location across the United States, according to a news release.
The WSI Pilotbrief Pro kiosk offers the most accurate, concise and fast pilot pre-flight briefings. Pilots may now store and retrieve personal weather briefing display preferences along with actual routes of flight using the new WSI Prolink account. Forty-one Signature FBOs join the rapidly growing network of WSI Pilotbrief Pro FBOs, which now exceeds 500 locations.
With an active WSI ProLink account, pilots can quickly access route-specific briefings throughout their day — whether at home, the hotel or airport to airport. WSI ProLink Accounts may be created free of charge at any WSI Pilotbrief Pro kiosk including at all Signature Flight Support locations.
WSI Pilotbrief Pro features a graphical 'My Briefing' workspace, which combines weather, airspace and navigation information into an easy-to-use interface. This new route-centric briefing system lets pilots quickly evaluate multiple routing options for any airport pair.
A friendly control panel interface allows pilots to customize the information display and to navigate geographically with ease. To further improve weather awareness, WSI has incorporated StormCast predictive graphics into the WSI Pilotbrief Pro service.
