NEW YORK and MIAMI — National Bank of Dubai has signed an agreement with Level Four Software, a provider of ATM test and development software, to enable faster delivery of new ATM content and customer services over NBD’s multi-vendor network, according to a news release.
NBD is switching to the Postilion transaction processing platform from Mosaic Software. The core elements of Level Four’s ATM Channel Development Suite will be used to interface to the new Postilion switch system as a virtual ATM, enabling NBD to automate the regression testing of ATM transactions.
NBD will deploy Level Four’s ATM Developer for the desktop development of upgraded ATM content and graphics. The software will allow the bank to design, configure and test new ATM content from any desktop PC within its network.
According to the release, NBD selected Level Four because of its proven track record with its software suite in the Middle East.

"Level Four’s simple and flexible approach enables us to provide value-added ATM services while increasing customer usage and meeting industry needs."
