TIO primarily serves the bill payment market along with a variety of offerings including money order, money transfer, check cashing, wireless top-up, prepaid PIN-based products, event ticketing and lottery. The TIO symbol signifies the availability of these services with a large and growing coalition of convenience retail location partners, mass billers, and application service providers, according to a news release.
