KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — Money Centers of America, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MCAM) has acquired a license and the exclusive reseller agreement with Mosaic Software, an S1 company, for its Postilion Realtime and Postilion Office systems.
Postilion is a payment and transaction system designed to deliver consumer transactions at every level of the EFT process.
The agreement gives Money Centers of America exclusive rights for the gaming industry to resell Postilion Realtime, Postilion Office and additional technologies to the U.S. market as part of Money Centers of America's proprietary Transaction Management System.
"We needed a proven foundation for our Transaction Management System so that casino operators would immediately see that they could realize the same financial and operational rewards that other industry sectors have been getting from Postilion for years," said Christopher Wolfington, chairman and chief executive officer of Money Centers of America.
