DUBLIN — CR2, a provider of channel and Internet banking, ATM and card payment software, has formed a reseller partnership in Latin America with Grupo Procesamiento Interactivo (Grupo Pisa), based in Mexico.
According to a news release, Grupo Pisa will resell all CR2's BankWorld and CardWorld products in Latin America. Grupo Pisa and their network of partners throughout the region will also implement CR2's banking channel and channel management solutions.
Grupo Pisa has more than 20 years experience offering systems and technology solutions to the financial market in Latin America. Its core back office product, SIF, is used by more than 25 customers and its OFI/Cooperando branch products will shortly support more than 2,000 locations in Mexico and Latin America.
"The addition of CR2's products to our portfolio means that we can offer a complete channel management solution in Latin America," said Michael Kelley, managing partner, Grupo Pisa. "CR2's BankWorld Channel Management solution is already live in the Middle East and Africa. I look forward to adding Latin America to the list."
Based in Mexico, Grupo Pisa has a presence in Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua through business associates, distributors and international agreements with strategic associates.

Kilcullen said that Adexus, a Grupo Pisa partner, has extensive experience implementing and supporting large scale ATM and point-of-sale switching solutions in Latin America over the last 15 years.
"With this knowledge and skills, Adexus represents an ideal technical support provider for the region. Both companies have recently completed in-depth product training in CR2's headquarters in Dublin and are now actively promoting BankWorld and CardWorld in their areas."
