Its patented direct write device process prints digital images and text directly on novelty and souvenir products such as coffee mugs, ceramic tiles, footballs, baseballs, soccer balls, hockey pucks and numerous other products. Souvenirs can be personalized on the spot with custom graphics, photos and text. Automated self-serve merchandise vending kiosks designed with an interactive touchscreen guide consumers through the purchase process. A personalized souvenir is printed in three minutes. The first kiosk unit will be delivered to strategic partners by Q2 2005.
Pixel Wizard is currently exploring licensing opportunities with major league baseball, national football leagues, national hockey and NASCAR. The company is in preliminary discussions with the home improvement industry and the pool and spa industries that are interested in the direct printing technology for use on ceramic tiles. National charities, such as Make a Wish Foundation, are working with Pixel Wizard to create fundraising opportunities.
