CARY, N.C. and MEXICO CITY — Prosa, the largest transaction processor in Mexico, has chosen the latest version of Transoft International's OptiCa$h and OptiNet to manage the currency funding chain across a wide network of ATMs in Latin America, including sites in Mexico, El Salvador and Puerto Rico.
According to a news release, Prosa evaluated several currency management solutions, taking into account benefits, technological advantages and product maturity before selecting Transoft.
According to Prosa's front end operations team: "Our customers are diverse with individual needs. OptiCa$h provides the means to enhance our service offer, improve cash utilization for our users and bring more value to organizations looking to optimize their cash administration."
The purchase is part of Prosa's effort to provide banks with a quality forecast to increase cash availability while minimizing cash-outs. With cashpoints across several Latin American countries, Prosa will be able to distribute order information through OptiNet and increase consistency in execution.
